This makes a decent sized batch, I usually split it into two containers. It is generally enough to last me 6-8 months.

Use it for dry, cracked hands, feet, lips or even for a small cut or scratch.

Ingredients

  • 1C shea butter
  • 1/4C extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2C coconut oil
  • 1/2t vitamin E oil
  • 5-10 drops tea tree oil
  • 5-10 drops lavender oil
  • 1/4C beeswax (cut this down if you want more creamy, add some if you want it thicker)

Directions

  • melt the shea butter, beeswax, olive oil, and coconut oil in a double boiler
  • add Vitamin E Oil and 5-10 drops of each essential oil to the melted mixture
  • pour the mixture into a clean jars
  • let the balm solidify for a couple of hours
